Our hosting and security providers may also process technical records such as IP address, browser information, and request timestamps.

We use self-hosted Umami analytics to measure page visits and important website interactions. Analytics may process page URL, referrer, screen size, language, browser or device information, and network metadata needed to receive the request. Quote-form field values and submitted contact details are not included in analytics events.

We use submitted information to:

• Respond to quote and service requests.
• Confirm service fit, availability, scope, access, and scheduling.
• Prepare estimates and communicate about requested cleaning services.
• Maintain operational records and protect forms from misuse or spam.
• Understand website use and measure quote, phone, form, and review interactions.

Quote submission does not enroll you in promotional email or text-message marketing.

We share information only with staff and service providers that support website hosting, database storage, email delivery, security, and customer follow-up. Current form infrastructure includes Astro DB / Turso and SMTP2GO. Website measurement uses self-hosted Umami at analytics.unihub.studio.

We do not sell quote-request information.

We retain quote-request records for up to one year from submission. Records are reviewed and removed manually under our current process.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the information we handle. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information submitted through a website form. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

This website is intended for adults seeking cleaning services and is not directed to children under 13.
